Attorney Profile—Neil B. Chapman
Meet Neil
I was born in Evansville and graduated from Castle High in 1983. I graduated from University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1987 with the help of a Marine Corps scholarship. After serving four years on active duty as a Marine Corps officer, I attended law school at the University of Notre Dame.
I returned to Evansville in 1994 upon graduation from Notre Dame.
I have practiced law since 1994. I started my legal career defending insurance companies against injured people in need of compensation. That short time on the other side of the law opened my eyes to the apathy of insurance carriers and their willingness to resist valid claims for compensation to save some money. Since then, I have practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation. I draw on my experience as a former insurance defense lawyer to build stronger cases for my clients and to obtain fair settlements for those who truly deserve them.
I live in Newburgh with my wife and two daughters.
